Research Topic!
My major concern regarding my topic; marriage, parenting methods, and a child’s first 3 years, is the abundance of information. There are many theories, and variations in cultures which leaves my topic choice very lengthy. I feel that it will take alot of time to weed out the things that I want to use, and not use. I am curious about this because I am married, and expecting a child in 6 months!!! I want to be the best mother, and wife.
I think knowledge in these areas will be extremely beneficial to me, and my readers. Anyone who wants to have a family in the future, or now should read my research paper because it will be very informative.
Alot of research has already been done in all of the three topics, but my reseach will be different because I am going to combine all three areas into one. Each family is different, and will be need to adjust to the changes when first becoming married, and expecting your first child. Being married for several years and expecting is much different that being married just because you are pregnant, (which I am not!)
I plan on asking my family, unbiased persons in different relationships, and professions to conduct several interviews. From this I hope to obtain several different views and perspectives to use for my research.
I can submit my research to various child, parenting, and marriage magazines. I don’t know exactly which ones as of right now, but I have a ton!

I think with your personal background of already being married that gives you a good perspective, this topic will be a good fit. There is a lot of information out there about marriage and parenting so it should be very easy to get 15 pages. Sounds like your off to a good start.
